Internet Explorer 11 Compatibility Issue
Please note this is a known Internet Explorer 11 issue, and we are currently
working on resolving the issue.
In the meantime, either use another browser (Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) or
follow the steps below:
- Launch Internet Explorer 11
- Select F12 on the keyboard.
The following screen will appear.
- In the black column with the icons under F12, scroll down until you see Emulation Mode (the icon that looks like a desktop monitor and a smart phone).
- In the drop down next to "User agent string", select Internet Explorer 9 or 10 .
- The page will automatically refresh when this mode is selected and at this point customer should now be able to use the site.
